How drop-off grooming works.
Highlands Grooming is a private drop-off salon. You book by phone or text, leave your dog with us, and return to a clean, freshly groomed companion.

Drop your dog off
Arrive at your scheduled time through the private entrance. There is ample parking at the studio. Share any notes — favourite spots to scratch, a preferred face style, or if your dog is nervous around dryers.

We wash and groom
Your dog is bathed with quality products, thoroughly dried by hand, then brushed and groomed. The visit is one-on-one in a quiet home environment.

Pick up when we call
When the groom is finished we phone you. Pickup is relaxed — we walk through the work we did and any coat notes for next time.

A low-stress morning or afternoon.
Because this is a private home salon, the room stays quiet. Dogs are not stacked in a busy shop. Most visits take a few hours depending on size and coat — we will give you a clearer window when you get in touch.

Can I book online?
No. All appointments are made by phone or text so we can talk through your dog’s needs and hold the right amount of time.
My dog is anxious or reactive. Can you help?
Yes. This is a private home salon with a separate entrance and gate, so dogs do not mix at the door. Visits stay one-on-one in a quiet room.
Do I stay during the groom?
This is a drop-off service. You leave your dog with us and we call when they are ready to be picked up.
How long will my dog be with you?
It depends on size, coat, and the service. A tidy bath for a small dog is shorter than a full groom for a large doodle. We will estimate the window when you book.
What should I bring?
A collar or harness you are comfortable leaving, and any grooming notes or photos of a preferred style. Please mention medical or behaviour notes when you call or text.
